How early should we book?
The earlier the better for venue and vendor availability — reach out and we'll advise on timelines for your event.
How much does event management cost in Sri Lanka?
Cost is driven by venue, guest numbers, production scale and how many vendors are involved, so we quote per event rather than by package. Give us your date, city, guest count and rough budget and you get an itemised proposal you can compare line by line.
Do you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. If you already have a preferred venue, caterer, AV supplier or printer we coordinate them. Where you do not, we bring in our own vetted network.
Which cities do you cover?
Colombo and suburbs most often, with outstation events across the island — Kandy, Galle, Kurunegala, Jaffna and elsewhere — handled through local vendor partners.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
Every event runs on a written run sheet with named owners, backup vendors for critical items and a coordinator on site from setup to closing, so problems are fixed without reaching you or your guests.
Can you capture content during the event?
Yes — photo and video coverage can be added, including short vertical cuts for Reels and TikTok that are far more valuable to your marketing than a folder of unused photos.
Can you promote the event before and after?
Yes. We can run pre-event promotion across Findit.lk, Google and Meta to drive attendance, then publish post-event content and coverage so the event keeps working for your brand.
