By using Findit.lk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Findit.lk isFindit.lk යනු කුමක් ද
Findit.lk is a directory that connects customers with independent home-service professionals ("pros") in Sri Lanka. Findit.lk is not the employer of the pros and does not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. All arrangements — pricing, scheduling, payment, warranty — are between the customer and the pro.
3. Customer conductපාරිභෝගික හැසිරීම
Provide accurate information when requesting a quote. Do not use the service to harass pros or submit fake reviews.
4. Pro conductවෘත්තීය හැසිරීම
- Provide accurate profile, service area, and pricing information.
- Hold any licences required by Sri Lankan law for your trade.
- Do the work you agree to, on the terms you agree to, and treat customers professionally.
- Do not impersonate another person or business. Only submit your own NIC for verification.
5. Feesගාස්තු
Browsing, contacting pros, and creating a Free pro profile costs nothing. Pro (paid) subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; the profile remains on Free after cancellation.
6. Reviewsසමාලෝචන
Reviews come from customers who have contacted a pro through Findit.lk. We may remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, or unrelated to a real job.
7. Suspensionඅත්හිටුවීම
We may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, misrepresents identity, or receives repeated verified complaints.
8. Liabilityවගකීම
Findit.lk provides the directory "as is" and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by pros. Customers are responsible for verifying qualifications before hiring.
9. Governing lawපාලක නීතිය
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
10. Changesවෙනස්කම්
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
