All registration fees paid for Findit Pros registration are non-refundable.
Once a registration payment has been successfully completed, the fee cannot be refunded, including in the following circumstances:
- The professional decides to cancel their registration.
- The professional no longer wishes to use the Findit Pros platform.
- The professional does not receive the expected number of customer inquiries or business opportunities.
- The professional chooses not to use the services or benefits provided by the platform.
- The professional requests the removal or deactivation of their profile.
Professionals are encouraged to review the registration details and applicable fees carefully before making a payment.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Paymentsඅනවශ්ය හෝ වැරදි ගෙවීම්
If a professional is charged more than once for the same registration due to a verified payment processing error, they may contact our support team for investigation.
Any correction or refund of a duplicate or incorrectly processed payment will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant payment provider's procedures.
5. Cancellation of Registrationලියාපදිංචිය අවලංගු කිරීම
Professionals may request the cancellation or deactivation of their Findit Pros registration by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not entitle the professional to a refund of the registration fee already paid, except where required by applicable law.
