How to apply
- 1Find your 10-digit account number on an old bill.
- 2Pay online at the CEB site (Visa/Master/Amex, no registration) or via bank apps, post offices and POS counters.
- 3Register for SMS billing: text REG {account number} to 1987.
- 4Report a fault or power cut on the 24/7 hotline 1987.
- 5For a new connection, submit the New Connection Request with documents.
