Water Bill & Connection

Piped water and sewerage are provided by the National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB). You can view and pay bills online and request a new connection.

How to apply

1. 1Find your account number on a previous water bill.
2. 2Pay online through the NWSDB portal or via bank / mobile options.
3. 3Report a leak, no-water issue or billing problem to the NWSDB.
4. 4For a new connection, apply with proof of ownership / address.
